Create distro.properties file for legacy OpenMRS

Cintia prepared for us (https://openmrs.atlassian.net/browse/ITSM-4186) two legacy OpenMRS instances:

We need to prepare "openmrs-distro.properties" for legacy OpenMRS.

Acceptance criteria:

  • the "openmrs-distro.properties" file was created

  • the build plan (https://ci.openmrs.org/browse/OENV-DSL) was changed to use the new file

  • the WIKI page was updated (added information about legacy instances)

  • the README file was updated

I've updated and rerun the build plan and then I've tested the base functionality (seems to work fine). Legacy OpenMRS instances are available here:
