Under each headline is a brief explanation for what content will exist there, which should be removed from the final project page. If there is no content to be added to a section, that section's header should be removed from the project page. Additional headers for specialized information can be created by the project members if necessary, but they should be added under the Background section.

There are additional subsections that can be filled out when relevant to the project.
