In its current state, OpenMRS does not allow non-administrator users to reset their passwords directly. In order to have your password reset, contact your system administrator.
Clicking the "Can't Log In?" button on the login screen will display a pop-up box prompting you to contact your local administrator.
How to step by step guide to:
Forgot Password
- If you forgot your password, select the link “I forgot my password” as highlighted in the image below.
- Enter username, and answer the secret question which was created upon first login.
- If the answer does not work, please contact your system administrator.
