Specifies the absolute path to the BIRT Report Engine. Must include ReportEngine subdirectory.
Example: C:/Java/birt-runtime-2_2_2/ReportEngine
IMPORTANT: The global property MUST Setting (formerly Global Property from 1.8 downwards) MUST be modified BEFORE the module can be installed, otherwise errors WILL occur!!
