Identity Generator UI Redesign

Overview

The IDGEN module   uses an old school legacy UI which we are migrating from to a more client side suite technology that interact with the back end using REST.  The new design will use react js in it's implementation to create an OWA that interacts with the backend using openMRS  REST API.
