IDGEN OWA sprint 4

Overview

In this sprint we It will fix bugs that were  raised in the sprint 3 demo, and also standardize the error displays while handling the non-happy cases.  

Objectives

• To standardize the error handling and display of the OWA
• To fix ViewLog Entries Endpoint  bugs
• To fix ManageIdentifierSource bugs
