Open Concept Lab has actually already set up the whole PEPFAR MER guidelines online! https://msp.qa.openconceptlab.org/ However not formally launched or ready for production use yet (so shouldn't be formally used) because it's still pending gov't review and a certification But ok to use for testing and exploration purposes already. Projects to be clearly shared on Wiki in January for candidates to review and i.d. what they'd be interested in
