• Some basics about GCI tasks:

• Some tasks can be done only once per participant, but by multiple participants

• Some tasks can be done multiple times by the same participants (and by multiple participants)

• Some tasks can be done only once, ever, by anyone (these are the least desirable) 

• We can and should add new/additional tasks throughout the months of December & January

• Ideas

• Video on signing up & getting started (if done well, could become part of MOOC)

• Update video on using (getting started with) the SDK

• Transifex translation review/merging(?): requires mentors who have specific language skills (need to inventory)

• Application testing

• Update/refresh application documentation

• IRC Triage (help mentors)... maybe an more experienced/senior CGI participant

• Could mentees help the mentors mentor the mentees?

• TODOs:

• All Mentors should begin creating JIRA issues in the GCI project as they have ideas

• All Mentors should help in reviewing the non-closed issues in GCI project from last year, and ADD the "gci2015" label if they can/should be done again this year.

• Robby to write up what worked well for testing in Dashboard last year to share knowledge with other mentors.

• Burke to Schedule another check-in for mid to late November
