Looking at the road map, there are currently multiple items in progress, but not ready for release.

What do you get from the scanner to persist in the database?
A 1-1.2K binary blob
Encoded into Base64 sent to OpenMRS to be stored as a person attribute
How do you integrate the device with the application?
Using a Java applet embedded
What kind of data is stored as a person attribute on the server side? (base64 encoded, binary?)
base64 version of propriety binary data received from the SDK
Where is the comparison done?
