• Approach it as "2 cycles" (one per quarter)

• Consider a "priority and then find resources" approach instead of just a "here's what we can get done with what we have" approach

  • Identify stretch goals and then hunt for resources to make the impossible probably

• How to decide on features? How do we get broad input on priorities?

      • ETL (may not fit in RefApp)
