Saptarshi has gotten the module to work with the new CXF framework

5 tickets are 'in progress'
All tickets are minor or not needed
TRUNK-1854 is to the only one being actively worked on.
Several sites have signed on to help test with in the next few weeks
Beta 2 will be released next friday, Feb 11th
sites will probably start testing with that
As many of the opened/precommit tickets that are available wil be committed before
Release Manager for 1.9
Jembi cannot do provide an RM for 1.9 due to other constraints
Daniel potentially will by an RM.

Order Entry
First pass at making it more robust is to break it up into pieces
1) Lay foundation with an API first
2) User interface (to be perfected later)
