    • Finalize Bylaws (NGO lawyer wrote these based on Boston conversation)

    • Approve Board

    • Submit application to IRS

Road Map Summer Conference

  • Why? Next Road Map Conference may not occur til 2012, if we host in South East Asia which is too long to wait

  • Dates: late June, mid to late July

    • 3-5 days

  • Topics: opportunity to bring core implementations together with developers to build momentum

    • Burke - Strategy and Design

      • Strategy: things we're planning on the road map are planned out, prioritized correctly, and meeting implementers' needs

  • Next Steps:

    • Dawn is connecting with individuals at Columbia University about hosting the conference

    • Dawn will send concept paper to Andy to circulate with Columbia for conference support

Implementers Conference

  • HELINA chose their conference site

  • OpenMRS conference will start the day after (10 September)

    • Dawn: can start OpenMRS registration the day of to save some time

  • Dawn wrote concept paper to circulate with funders, so fundraising is the next/current step

Sprints

  • Darius: The schedule is laid out, and it would be great to have leadership input

    • i.e. Hamish is leading evaluation, so it's helpful to know the priorities in order to start/complete that process

    • Review Road Map from the community that we prioritized during the Boston meeting to make sure the sprints meet those expectations
