Guided by the principle of "Making efforts benefit the most while reducing the total cost of ownership of digital health systems", Madiro is dedicated to transforming digital health initiatives, particularly OpenMRS systems, into more collaborative, reusable, and modular solutions. This commitment is in service of improving the quality of care on a global scale.

Madiro is actively fostering new collaboration opportunities within the OpenMRS community, working with implementers to refine tools that enhance contributions and increase the reusability of EMR assets like modules, forms, and dashboards.

The organization is also focused on catalyzing funding and strategies to support the sustainable development of OpenMRS and its implementers. This involves nurturing and expanding relationships with a network of stakeholders, including funders, agencies, implementers, and those committed to global good.

Looking ahead, Madiro, in partnership with OpenMRS, is steadfast in their commitment to strengthening collaborations with other implementers and shaping the future of EMRs and health information exchanges.
