PIH Wristbands

  • Wristbands are currently printed for patients admitted to the maternity ward and infant’s who are born at the hospital.

  • The information on the mother’s wristband is collected at registration and admission

  • The information on the infant’s wristband collected on the Delivery form that is completed when they are born. It includes information about the infant and mother.
