Background
The patient dashboard should be lean and mean. Everyone does need/want the "Graphs" tab on the dashboard and so it just slows some people down.
Overview
Move the Graphs tab to be implemented in a module.
Requirements
A new module that provides a tab to the patient dashboard (using a ?Module Extension Point) that provides a portlet that does exactly what the tab does now.
Extra credit if you make the graphs better, make it easier to add more graphs, add the ability for an admin to specify what is on that tab too
