Introduction
This document describes how to use the UgandaEMR+ to capture and report on patient information.
UgandaEMR+ is an upgraded version of UgandaEMR which runs on OpenMRS 3. UgandaEMR+ is a Point of Care (POC) EMR supported by METS (PEPFAR) on behalf of the Ministry of Health in Uganda. UgandaEMR+ incorporates the workflows that were present in UgandaEMR like HIV, TB, and MCH. It introduces the ability to serve the patients without focusing on a particular disease.
