Proposed Mapping Relationship Types
The following relationship types will be included within OpenMRS "out of the box."
This is a work in progress and is subject to change.

Billing Mapping Types
- Preferred_primary

- Non-preferred_secondary
A reference term/code can both be a SAME-AS/NARROWER-THAN and Preferred_primary, for example (so these have to be different flags).
SNOMED Mapping Relationship Types
Glen pulled together some lists of existing relationship types that could help us get to a smaller list of "out of the box" relationship types to include in OpenMRS.
