Purpose: Establish a sprint process that meets the community's needs and increases community involvement on the sprints
- (50 min) Outline the steps of the sprint and define a process/timeline in each step
- (50 min) Outline how to design sprints that are led by someone in the community to answer a specific implementation's needs

Purpose: Define the process of setting the Road Map
- (40 min) How does this process make us implementation driven?
- (40 min) Is this done on a yearly or quarterly basis?
- (20 min) How do we document our progress for the organization and the community (quarterly reports)?

Purpose: Define to what extent OpenMRS will contribute to this project and how OpenMRS may contribute
