Create platform 2.6 liquibase snapshot files

Description

According to this documentation https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-core/tree/master/liquibase we need to create liquibase snapshot file for openmrs-core 2.6

Here is an example of the commit which was done for creating liquibase snapshot files for core 2.5: https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-core/commit/9b5a98e09df23ae9288df7f3590865a3d752cffd

I added 2.6 liquibase snapshot files in here : https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-core/pull/4429
