had asked module owners to indicate when of their modules are ready for Reference Application 2.4 release but have not had much feedback so continuing to work on this - Talk thread

Burke Mamlin will make a copy of the 2.3 release so that James deGraft-Johnson can make edits to it
James deGraft-Johnson will reference the 2.4 wiki page and make sure modules get from the Talk post to the wiki page.
