What we do

  • Purpose: Ensure that weekly work activities are on schedule

  • Responsibilities:

    • Review & update our technical road map page to reflect active work, goals, and priorities for Platform and Reference Application releases. (30 min)

      • Review progress & anticipate issues with existing milestones

      • Anticipate what is needed to make progress on future milestones

    • Update from OpenMRS squads and GSoC projects (5 min each)

      • provide squad and GSoC status updates

      • discuss any blockers

    • Reflect on how we're doing with project management. What can we do better next week? (1 min)

    • AOB

    • Review action items (1 min)

  • Who can join? - All members of the OpenMRS community that serve in a leadership capacity. That is, an individual who dedicates a significant amount of his/her time in service of other members of the OpenMRS community and implementations.
