This is a maintenance release for OpenMRS 1.9.x, which fixes several bugs and adds a few features including:
- E-mail as username, see Global Propertiessettings (formerly global properties 1.8 and below)
- Module Hibernate Annotated Classes
- Improvements to the Order data model
