This is a maintenance release for OpenMRS 1.9.0, which fixes several bugs.

Database Changes

There is one database change between OpenMRS 1.9.0 and 1.9.1:

• Dropping not null constraint from provider.identifier column

Bundled Modules

The Logic module is bundled with OpenMRS 1.9.1 and is marked as core. It can be upgraded, but can not be removed:
