RFP Process and Schedule for OMRS13
- in the process of improving the RFP for this year
- Using RFP from 2012
- Using lessons learned from past years
- Trying to develop the hackathon a bit more
- Suggest to have RFP question about local organizations that would like to attend
- suggestion to identify where people traveled from, did not feel it was a regional meeting so we may need to take that on as a strategic task
- would like to think about what the country and organization would get out of the meeting in the evaluation process
- RFP process kick off in early November, month review or maybe a little longer
- review proposals for about a month
