  • Disable implementer tools and form builder in all production systems? 
  • rename "users" tool tip to "my profile"
  • Does add patient belong here?  This would fit more nicely in a targeted workflow for registration clerks?
  • clicking on username would bring user to user setup options
  • add change password
  • Change location UX is not great - it take user to standalone location page used by login.  There is no cancel etc...
