Data entry clerk or site admin wants to create a concept proposal with full or partial concept detail. User is able to specify:
- Name
- Short Name
- Description
- Synonyms
- Class
- Set
- Set Values (existing or proposed concepts)
- Datatypes
- Which datatypes? (Numeric, Coded, Text, N/A, Document, Date, Time, Datetime, Boolean, Rule, Structured Numeric, Complex)
- Mappings (to existing concepts)
- Version
At minimum the name must included. At the conclusion the concept proposal will be sent to dictionary admin for review and processing.
