Design for CCD Implementation

Since everything is mapped as a concept in OpenMRS , in case to export data in these specific sections like Family History , Social history , Vital Signs Sections and Results where the data can be entereed in the system depending on the concepts you have created , this data can be entered as observations or anything else. We can configure these sections using an admin page such that an admin can set the concepts which come under these sections and save them. At the time of export we when we are building the xml we would now which concepts (and related concept answers ) to pick up . For eg : A concept weight is preexisting , but it can be configures to go under vital sign section , if we know do that at the time of building the vital sign section we know we need to get the weight of the patient (in case it is recorded). This way we can create a generic module rather that having it for specific implementation. I am also attaching the mock up for the admin screen where we can group the concepts together. We can even use the Concept Set mechanism , but what if a concept which we need is not included in the predefined set .
