1. HIV Care and Treatment:

   • The module contains core elements related to HIV patient management, including:

     • HIV Patient Summary: Provides a quick overview of the patient’s HIV-related information.

     • Program Management: Tracks the patient's enrollment in specific HIV-related programs.

     • Clinical Visits: Manages details of patient consultations and checkups.

     • General Counselling: Tracks counseling sessions provided to the patient.

     • Partner Notification: Records information about notifying partners for testing or treatment purposes.

2. HIV Enrolment:

   • This feature allows clinicians to record patient enrollment into HIV treatment programs, including the date of enrollment.

   • Additional tabs include ART Therapy, Service Delivery Model, Transfer Out, Patient Tracing, and Death, which organize different aspects of HIV patient management.

3. Clinical Visit Form:

   • Includes fields for:

     • Encounter Date: Date of the clinical visit.

     • Scheduled Visit: Tracks whether the visit was scheduled.

     • Visit Type: Captures the nature of the visit (e.g., express pharmacy pickup or regular follow-up visit).
