Google Summer of Code:

Burke- We need to prep our mentors. The start of the wiki page for each project would be for the mentors to define the problem, so we will need a template for mentors. We need to decide the technologies we will use and how often we need to communicate with each other. One suggestion Paul had was to set up “town hall†meeting times, so we can all get together. Darius suggested a time
line, saying that it wouldn’t hurt to say, “We need this code done by this time.†Obviously, it would be contingent upon what the project is all about. The mentors should have a deadline for getting our wiki pages up. By next weeks call we should be able to run through project pages. We also need to set up an email for creating branches, modules, etc.
