        • Migration happening later this evening from Trac to JIRA
          • Testing completed and we can preserve everything (no lost attachments, tickets, etc.)
          • User base already transferred
        • Tonight
          • Trac will be in read-only mode, and tickets will be imported to JIRA
          • Redirects will be put in for old bookmarks
        • Michael will monitor this Friday (2 July 2010) in case changes are needed
      • Fish Eye and Crucible
        • Fish Eye - powerful viewer for subversion (allows us to track history of individual committers and do more powerful reporting on the code base)
        • Crucible - asynchronous code review tool (allows us not to be bound by face-to-face code review), and has threaded discussion that is tagged to changes in the code
      • 5 August 2010
        • Working on new Wiki platform
        • Branch and split into combination of Atlassian's Confluence which will handle developer and implementer documentation
        • Add on more traditional content management system for people interested in OpenMRS
        • Highlighting for case studies
      • 2 September 2010
        • Move completely off the old system and onto new platform
          • More stability and room to grow

      • Reviewed the lastest draft for vision, mission, and values of OpenMRS
      • Dawn, Michael, and David will make changes and receive final approval from the leadership members final approval from the leadership members
