Abstract
System administrators can set up a 3.x EMR through a UI, without writing any code. Inspiration is taken from WYSIWYG website builders. This empowers local team members to set up and configure their EMR themselves, without relying on a developer.
There is an existing Implementer Tools. It does most of the things that it is expected to do. But it is clunky and ugly. We have designs for a new implementer tools. Implementing those designs is the focus of this project.
