Define the Sprint Process

Purpose: Establish a sprint process that meets the community's needs and increases community involvement on the sprints

  1. (50 min) Outline the steps of the sprint and define a process/timeline in each step

  2. (50 min) Outline how to design sprints that are led by someone in the community to answer a specific implementation's needs

  3. (20 min) Wrap Up and Action Items

Define Road Map Process
Total Time: 2 hours
Purpose: Define the process of setting the Road Map

  1. (40 min) How does this process make us implementation driven?

  2. (40 min) Is this done on a yearly or quarterly basis?

  3. (20 min) How do we document our progress for the organization and the community (quarterly reports)?

  4. (20 min) Wrap Up and Action Items

Project Cello
Total Time: 1 hour
Purpose: Define to what extent OpenMRS will contribute to this project and how OpenMRS may contribute

  1. (10 min) Review Project Cello

  2. (40 min) Discuss how OpenMRS will contribute to project Cello and the extent of those contributions

Infrastructure Discussion with UITS

Purpose: Discuss IU's assistance in IT/hosting resources for OpenMRS

Purpose: Set the 2012 OpenMRS Road Map for the next quarter
