in the process of improving the RFP for this year
Using RFP from 2012
Using lessons learned from past years
Trying to develop the hackathon a bit more
Suggest to have RFP question about local organizations that would like to attend
suggestion to identify where people traveled from, did not feel it was a regional meeting so we may need to take that on as a strategic task
would like to think about what the country and organization would get out of the meeting in the evaluation process
RFP process kick off in early November, month review or maybe a little longer
review proposals for about a month
