Overview

This module is still under development. It will serve as a specialized tool for health care providers who are interested in more than just enrollment but more so on follow up. It will serve to provide graphical views of clinic day patient distribution by provider. it will also provide a link to patients relatives and a way of contacting them in case of clients are lost to follow up.

the module will utilize the return visit date parameter already being captured under Openmrs plus a return purpose to be introduced.

It will also add defaulters details on the patient view indicating the average clinic schedules vs honor for a particular patient.

If completely lost to follow up, the module will show reason e.g death, relocation etc.
