How to access issues

What is the Problem?

You might find that your OpenMRS ID isn't working when trying to log into JIRA or Confluence (http://issues.openmrs.org and http://wiki.openmrs.org ). This is a common issue for new OpenMRS IDs.

Why is this happening?

New OpenMRS IDs do not automatically grant you access to JIRA and Confluence unless you had access previously. This restriction is in place due to the high volume of bots and people creating spam content.

To prevent this, we require users to prove they are human and have a legitimate purpose for accessing the wiki or issue tracker. A human must approve this access.

What Should You Do?

To gain access:

1. Visit the http://om.rs/helpdesk
   
   

   Open

   

2. Click on infrastructure requests.
   
   

   Open

   

3. Click request access to the wiki and issue tracker and explain why you need access.
   
   

4. Wait for a response at your registered email address.
