High-Level Overview of functionality*

• Service Types: Service types are created with a start/end time and duration and location.  Presumably, these create slots in which appointments can be booked.

• Appointments: created with the following:

  • facility/community

  • location

  • service type

  • date

  • time OR "all-day"

  • appointment type

  • provider

  • reminder
