Workflow to edit patient details is clumsy

Need a standalone view for displaying/editing patient registration info.  This can be permissioned separately and inserted into workflows

timezone issue with birthdate date picker (backs up a day if you are in timezone behind server)

Baby registration

• automatically use certain details from parent

• identifier tied to birth(s) on delivery form

• either: 

  • automatically register baby from Delivery form or

  • have a specific version of registration for patient's child.  (could be used whether baby born at hospital or not)
