What's New?

This release is OpenMRS Platform 2.3.0 and is a major release version of the OpenMRS API that follows 2.2.0. A number of libraries have been upgraded in this release and new features have been added such as support for alternate authentication schemes, default login with an Add on Manager

Library upgrades

Error rendering macro 'jira' : Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
