OpenMRS Funding Award Policy

The OpenMRS community is supported by OpenMRS, Inc., which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit entity. OpenMRS, Inc. may, from time to time, fund outside organizations to acquire goods, or provide services to the organization.  Whether those funds are disbursed through grants, contracts, or purchase agreements, OpenMRS, Inc. has a standing policy of not paying indirect costs, or allowing line item costs for "profit", "management fees", or similar costs other than direct expenses.
