  • It appears to handle misspellings – e.g., "insuffiencey" (sic) – is that by design?

  • A  benefit of not relying entirely on the Concept Dictionary for string matching and having the additional machine learning step is that it can find information that is misspelled as well.

  • Have you done anything to handle negation (e.g. "rule out")?

  • Not yet

  • I noticed some key concept at the end of the sentence it has an extra space before putting the period (.).  Is it by design?

  • Just happened to be the case with the examples. It will work without this.

If time permits, discuss revamping / re-implementing the Patient Flags module on recent OpenMRS versions. Currently, the Patient Flags module

is compatible only with 1.6.x which is not supported anymore w/ Shreyans Sheth, Mark Goodrich

"Build it against a newer version of OpenMRS" means:

* check out the code

* change this line: https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-module-patientflags/blob/master/pom.xml#L58 from "1.6.5" to "1.9.(something)"

* mvn clean install
