Compile more literature / look for tools

Idea is for more structures for implementation readiness (rather than technical readiness). Ideas like....
- Is your training plan comprehensive? Are you going to do usability testing?
- Can this be done remotely (via phone) or is this required in person?
- How does this walk line between product management and implementation readiness?
- Readiness as "reflect on these things" to support implementation
How does this relate to the OHRI Implementation toolkit? How does this relate to HIS PM Toolkit?
