NGO Updates
We received agreement from IU to move forward with the NGO
We're waiting for Indiana University President, Michael McRobbie to approve IU as a supported organization
Attorneys notified us that we can transfer properties after the filing and approval of the IRS 1023 form (tax exempt status)
Paul and Burke are waiting for their conflict of interest forms to go through the committee at Indiana University
We contacted several foundations who can provide management services (bookkeeping, insurance, etc) at a reasonable cost for nonprofits
Hackathon Updates
This will be in the training space in Kigali
People are staying in the hotels they already planned to stay in for now
