Importing Concepts from OCL to an OpenMRS Instance

1. Navigate to the "Version and Expansions" section and click on the newly created Version.

2. Select Export action.

3. Click on Export Version.

4. Wait until you see the message "Downloaded Export".

5. Click on OK to continue.

# open a Pull request to add the zipped file using your GitHub account.

6. Click on Add file

7. Click on Upload files

8. Select a file from upload menu.

9. You should be able to see the zipped file attached (for example, openmrs_DRCHIV2024_v19_autoexpand-19.2025-01-24_225725.zip).

10. Add a commit name (e.g., "Added transfer details concepts.")

11. Add an optional extended description e.g, ("Added patient transfer details metadata."

12. Select "Create a new branch for this commit and start a pull request".

13. Name the branch something descriptive such as "/update-hiv-metadata".

14. Click on Propose changes

15. Click on Create pull request.

16. Click on Code to locate the main branch.

17. Click on main.

18. Switch from "Main" to the branch you created e.g., "update-hiv-metadata"

19. Click on distro.

20. Click on configuration.

21. Click on ocl.

22. Confirm you have the newly added zipped file and then proceed to delete the older zipped file (openmrs_DRCHIV2024_v18_autoexpand-18.2024-10-19_015249.zip).

23. Click on More file actions.

24. Click on Delete file.

25. Click on Commit changes.

Note that you are committing the changes to your branch and not to the MAIN branch.

26. Add extended description e.g., "Added patient transfer details concepts. "

This change will be committed directly to the branch you created (update-hiv-metadata).

27. Click on Commit changes.

28. Now you can review your Pull request details.

29. Click on Added transfer details concepts PR.

30. Review the 2 commits (what is added and what is subtracted).

31. Check the files that have been changed.

32. Binary File removed ~ distro/configuration/ocl/openmrs_DRCHIV2024_v18_autoexpand-18.2024-10-19_015249.zip

33. Binary file added ~ distro/configuration/ocl/openmrs_DRCHIV2024_v19_autoexpand-19.2025-01-24_225725.zip

34. Click on the PR once again to add reviewers.

35. Click on Select reviewers.

36. Proceed to checking, adding reviewers.

37. Add at least one or two reviewers.
