   1. updating wiki with two resources to gather all openmrs related sufficient information

 3. Updating wiki  page with new rest api documentation without duplicating the old information 

4. IA for documentation spaces and resources

5. @Ayesh to update us about the on going board of  developing rest api documentation and its progress

1.Documentation projects updates

  • Rest API project: Both the mentor and the technical writer submitted their final reports to Google. Herbert to follow up Ayesh to find out whether there is a need that needs to be addressed about the project.

  • Getting started as a developer: Not yet confirmed whether Rainbow submitted to Google. Herbert to find out soon.

  • Volunteer Guide: Monica to be introduced to different squads so that she gets to know the requirements for on-boarding and how she can make that part of the volunteer guide.

2.Discussing our next focus for the next three months for documentation

  • The new documentation guides to be rolled out to the community. Grace N to make a talk post inviting community members to begin using the new guides.

  • To do: Grace N to make a list of the members who always welcome new members so that they can be recognized in a special way and directed to the new guides.

  • Organizing a design forum meeting to let members know more about what takes place in the squad and how they can contribute

  • Evaluating the previous goals and setting new goals for documentation

  • GSOD 2021

  • How documentation team can support the QA squad
