Getting Started with 3.0: How to Develop with Microfrontends and Carbon

Getting Started package (multiple Get Started projects) & making documentation more sustainable (probably too much scope)
Mentorship/Fellowship Idea: Pick one getting started for the technical writer to focus on, and then they would also mentor several documentation fellows who would take on some of the other projects
