• We don't really have a model to fully store this... in our current data model, we only have a single "Order" with 1 to n linked "Medication Dispense" events, so it assumeldy would be straightforward to display a list with the Order the bottom, followed by the Dispensing events, but we don't really have a way to store:

  • Stand-alone history note

  • A "history item" other than an order or a dispense event
