Do we want to create some sort of handler behind the scenes that when new medication dispense object is created, it potentially updates the fulfiller status of the underlying Drug Order

  • Sets "Completed" by anaylzing the amount dispensed and the underlying refills allowed?

  • Sets "Exception" if "return to prescriber" selected?
