Update Form Schema Tables - To Consider Later

The following is a list of ToDos and things to have in mind later (more to be added): 

High Priority

  • When a section is renamed, it should not be recreated, it should instead just rename the section.

Low Priority

  • Sections that don't have any obs in them still create sections in the schema (should this be the behaviour)?
