Using Form Filter Module

Using Form Filter module, user can assign a filter to a form which is listed under the form entry tab of patient dashboard.

Steps to assign a filter to form using Form Filter module

1.	Deploy form filter module	Uploaded form filter module.
2.	Select "Manage Form Filtering" link from administrator page.	OpenMRS administrator page.
3.	Select a form from the form list	After selecting the " Manage Form Filtering" link.
4.	Manage form filtering. In this page we can see the list of assigned filters with "Edit" and "Delete" filter options. We can also assign a new filter to the form "Add Filter link".	After selecting " Pregnancy Form ". Pregnancy form has already been assigned with Age Filter. Beside each filter name, description and properties , respective " Edit " and "Delete" filter links are present. Add Filter Link is present to the right of form name.
5.	Add filter. You need to select filter type. Depending on filter type , respective property options are displayed.	1.Filter Form has validations. 2.Selected filter type is gender . 3.Assigned Female based filter to pregnancy form.

In manage form page (Administration -> Manage Forms -> 'Select a form' ) Filter Form link is added which is linked to respective form filter managing page.

"Filter Form" link is highlighted with yellow color.
On clicking it , we will be redirected to mange form filtering page.
