  • Helpdesk managers - Ivange, Hilaire - monthly meetings to discuss how things are going, they are doing good - responsive, directing folks where they need to go, getting input for what needs to happen

  • Question from Helpdesk managers - why are we only promoting the need for developers, can we invite more people that aren't coders

  • Updated these trips to include non-coding ideas, and specifically the helpdesk support

  • Automated reply seems to be too long

  • Instead of throwing all the information at the interested volunteer, give them a highlight and include hyperlinks to specific wiki pages
